TMD is proud of our professional staff. Each brings many years of experience in higher education technology management and consulting, and each has a proven track record of success. Our principals are actively involved in each of our engagements, working with our other specialists to assure client success.

Terry Dillow, President & Managing Partner
    Mr. Terry Dillow, President of TMD, has over 30 years of higher education and not-for-profit technology management and consulting experience. Prior to founding TMD, Terry was General Manager of Higher Education Technology Services for SCT, a systems integration and outsourcing firm, and had senior management responsibility for program planning, technology acquisition and implementation, and computer center management for over 40 higher education and not-for-profit clients.
    Terry's background includes a variety of management and technology consulting projects at nationally recognized educational and not-for-profit institutions including Temple University, Harvard Business School, Wharton School, University of Richmond, Allegheny College, The Asia Society, Phillips Academy, University of Southern California, and Columbia University.

Dan Knoble, Senior Partner
    Mr. Daniel Knoble specializes in enabling technologies including applications, networks and office productivity systems. Dan also brings extensive experience in the development and implementation of complex application systems.
    Dan has over 20 years of management and consulting experience serving educational and not-for-profit institutions including The Asia Society, The Culver Academies, Widener University, and Cuyahoga Community College District. Dan also served as an implementation manager for a leading higher education software vendor in a variety of higher education environments.

Kevin Paskvan, Consultant
     Mr. Kevin Paskvan has over 12 years of experience work in Higher Education either as an Information Technologies Professional or as a Financial Aid Professional. He started his career in Higher Education at Owens Community College as a computer specialist working in the Financial Aid Office. There he assisted in streamlining system process, performed end user systems training, report creation, and assisted in the implementation of Sungard’s Banner Financial Aid module. After Owens, Kevin worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Columbus College of Art and Design. There he supported the Financial Aid, Business, Records, and Admissions offices. He also assisted in the implementation of Sungard’s PowerCAMPUS system and PowerFAIDS integration applications. He is currently employed at private Liberal Arts College as the Associate Director of Financial Aid and works for TMD on a part-time basis.

Drusie Sheldon, Principal Consultant
    Ms. Druscilla "Drusie" Sheldon has distinguished herself as an expert in the implementation of academic and administrative technologies during her 20 year career, both in consultative and senior management roles.
    Before joining TMD, Drusie was Director of Technology Services at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In other prior roles, she was Director of Academic Computing at Temple University and a technology consultant for a major higher education technology firm.
    Drusie has extensive experience in all aspects of higher education technology, and has a unique ability to translate user needs into technical requirements. She is particularly adept at integrating a variety of technologies into a cohesive, effective solution.

Bob McManus, Senior Consultant
    Mr. Robert McManus has over 30 years of experience in information technology and research and analysis. He started his career with AT&T and NYNEX managing various IT operations and strategic decision support functions. He then directed administrative systems and institutional research for Dowling College in Long Island, NY, where he was also an adjunct professor in the School of Business. Bob is now an associate with TMD where he specializes in business process design, knowledge management, executive information systems development, decision support systems development, and implementation project management. Bob has been the primary developer of TMD's EIS Solutions software.
